Onboarding Process: LimeCall - Numbers

Introduction : This document will provide you with the information on how to Add a Number. Online phone numbers help you make and receive calls on any internet connected device such as your laptop, desktop or mobile phone. ➢ Once you click on Add Number, you can add a Local Number or Toll Free Numbers. ➢ Once you are on the above page you can select the country you decide to see the Incoming numbers from. ➢ On LocalNumbers options click on the dropdown of Select Country. ➢ You can now click on the “LocalNumbers” option as shown below. ➢ Select the “Country” from the dropdown you would like to buy the number from and Search. ➢ Select the number by clicking on the +Add symbol. ➢ Make the payment by adding a credit card and pay for the available number. ➢ Click on the “Numbers” option and then click on “Add Number”. ➢ You can now click on the “TollFreeNumbers” option as shown below. ➢ Select the “Country” from the dropdown you would like to buy the number from and Search. ➢ Select the number by clicking on the +Add symbol. ➢ Make the payment by adding a credit card and pay for the available number. ➢ Please update the credit card details to continue on the purchase. ➢ Click on Setting>>Billing>>Payment Methods ➢ Click on the Credit Card icon which will take you to the next page where you can update the Credit card details. ➢ Update the credit card details for completing the payment details for the numbers.
