Here is a Step-by-Step Guide on how to integrate LimeCall with Slack
Step 1 : Go to Settings > Integration > Slack
Step 2 : Click integrate with slack
Step 3 : Click allow to provide LimeCall access to your slack workspace
Step 4 : Choose the required channel and click save
Step 5 : Choose the notification for service you want to receive
Go to Settings > Company > Notifications
From now on you won’t miss another call notification, lead scoring and agent feedback because you will receive every/call and lead detail in Slack.
