What is the best way of having both live chat and LimeCall?

If you wish to run both live chat and LimeCall's widget simultaneously, there are two options:

1. Place the live chat & call widget at different positions on your site.

   To reposition the LimeCall widget on your site, go to:

   Platform > Widget > Style Your Widget

   and choose the ideal position of the widget on your site.

2. Use live chat and use the callback link if your site visitors wish to schedule a call.
